How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request.
Please include, if you have them:
- your patient token (for example
Patient-XXXX), and/or - the phone number you use with WhatsApp for DoseRelay.
That is enough for us to find and remove your self-log data. You do not need a long explanation.
What we delete
On a verified request we delete your linked DoseRelay records: logs/events, related media and jobs where held, and access linkage for that token or number. We aim to complete this promptly (same day when possible; otherwise as soon as we can reasonably process the request).
Technical server logs (for example IP addresses in infrastructure logs) may roll off on a short retention schedule and are not used as a patient diary.
Confirmation
We will reply by email when the deletion is done. If we cannot match your request to any account, we will say so.
Automation later
In-app or WhatsApp self-serve deletion may be added when volume justifies it. Until then, email is the supported path and is treated as a priority request.
