1. Who we are
DoseRelay is operated by Bohdan Chaban (trading as DoseRelay), United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected]. Website: https://doserelay.uk.
2. What DoseRelay is
DoseRelay is a self-logging and review-preparation tool for people tracking ADHD medication titration and related day-to-day state (for example dose timing, energy, focus, sleep, and notes). Patients log via WhatsApp. We generate structured summaries such as a short weekly PDF for the patient to bring or share at a scheduled clinical review.
DoseRelay is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend medication doses or changes. Clinical decisions remain solely with the licensed prescriber and the patient.
3. Who these terms apply to
By using the website, demo materials, or the DoseRelay service (including any pilot or free trial), you agree to these terms. If you are a clinic or clinician evaluating DoseRelay, you also agree that patient use requires appropriate consent and your own professional judgment.
4. Accounts and access
Access may be provided via invite, token (for example Patient-XXXX), or
pilot arrangement. You must not share access credentials in a way that misrepresents
identity or compromises another person’s data. We may suspend access for abuse,
security risk, or misuse of the service.
5. Your content and accuracy
Logs and notes are user-entered. You are responsible for what you submit. Summaries and PDFs reflect the data available; sparse or incomplete logs produce limited summaries. We do not guarantee clinical completeness or that every message will parse perfectly.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use DoseRelay to provide or solicit unlicensed medical advice;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service;
- upload unlawful, abusive, or clearly irrelevant spam content;
- misrepresent DoseRelay as a regulated diagnostic or prescribing system.
7. Clinics and pilots
Free or paid pilots may be offered at our discretion. Unless agreed in writing, pilots are provided “as is”, without SLA. The clinic remains data controller for patient care records it holds; DoseRelay processes technical/self-log data as described in our Privacy notice. Integration with clinic EHR systems is not required for the standard patient-brings-PDF workflow.
8. Intellectual property
The DoseRelay name, site design, software, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the product for a competing service. Sample reports on this site are fictional illustrations.
9. No warranties
The website and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free parsing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for clinical decisions, treatment outcomes, or losses arising from reliance on user-entered logs or generated summaries. You use review-prep materials as a memory aid only.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy notice. For security posture see Clinical Trust & Security.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence say otherwise.
